I'm really surprised at the high percentage of women who list in their profiles:

Marital Status: Never Married
Has kids: Yes, they live with me

More surprising are the number of women listing:

Marital Status: Never Married
Has kids: Yes, they are far away

Ah, then what %age do you find, and based on what sample size?

This could be 'notice' bias- by which I mean you notice and remember those who write here have children and never married.

People lie on here about their age , weight, height, income, education, where they live and every other category. Why would you think that they wouldn't be lying about how many kids they do or do not have, or if they're married or not?

Yes, PhD's are in high percentage at CS. Many of them are hairdressers making less than $25,000 with those qualifications.

Some of the hair dressers on here claim they are making more than $100,000 per year.

I consider myself as one very lucky guy as most of the ladies I have communicated with, and met through CS were all genuine and so were their profiles. Not bad for a guy that's been on CS before 2010. The attention seekers I avoid but will still humor them from time to time.laugh
