Speaking as semi pro YouTuber, yes, you can pay some groups to submit 20K likes or fake subscriptions a day to your videos. Once upon a time that did fool YouTube. FB still allows it on your company support FB page. You may also for a little more money hire a few hundred positive reviews or comments. Of course when Google took full control of YT they realized this was costing them revenue by allowing ad revenue distribution based solely on likes. They now have both dark web spies and algorithms designed to detect fake reviews and likes and punitive actions (including suspension or exclusion) have been done on YT in some instances.

LoL to the idea this was OPs first YT video. What'd his profile do, age 50 years in only 10?

Ya, that's genuinely the first Youtube vid. Its one of the founders of youtube uploading one of his videos to it, to test the system and show how easy it was. It was 15 years ago, believe it or not.
