I've Previously shared that tip here & folks from the Old World (Not the Western Hemisphere) claim it Doesn't Work.
Garlic is an Old World plant -
Perhaps Old World Skeeters are Accustomed to it ...
Wash the Garlic down with Apple Cider Vinegar ...
