Progress should not be stalled because someone has it worse.
Progress should all the more be enacted, because someone even has it worse.

However, I think that is changing and more women are becoming self reliant today, particularly in western society.
Thanks for highlighting some of the unfairness and pressures faced by women in some third world countries.
