WOMAN

Woman, rise up and assert your power
For generations you have been suppressed
Let the world know this is your hour
There are certain issues to be addressed

In dealing with areas of dispute
You tend to be much more tolerant
Making you more likely to find the truth
And well suited for management

You have shown in the field of education
Regardless of the area of learning
You can hold your own against men
Yet workplace equality is lacking

Woman, rise up and assert your power
For generations you have been suppressed

(dedicated to women, particularly those who are facing gender inequality in the workplace and society in general

hug Socrates, thank you.
B - your points are all more the reason, that women should rise up and not take it any more.
Progress should not be stalled because someone has it worse.
Progress should all the more be enacted, because someone even has it worse.

"Women's Rights in the Workplace

Employment is critical to women’s equality because economic opportunity allows women to be independent and lead their lives with dignity. Women still have not reached parity with men in earnings. They are frequently pushed out of the workplace when they become pregnant or return to work after having a baby, resulting in economic insecurity and contributing to lifelong wealth and income disparities. Women still lack full access to traditionally male fields, including the military; they are often steered into lower-paying and less desirable jobs; and the industries that are dominated by women remain the least valued."
