Got Milk?
Got Milk? was part of a 1993 American advertising campaign to encourage the consumption of milk. It worked as many American adults consume milk. However, many non-Americans say that only babies and young children should be drinking milk.I drink milk. Not every day... When I do, it's usually Organic 2% or Lactose free 2% and recently a grass fed variety. In my refrigerator are other milk substitutes, Soy Milk, Almond Milk and a new favorite: Oat Milk. The drawback to the oat milk is it's high caloric content. Something like 130 calories per serving, where Soy Milk is around 30 calories.
"Got Milk" ads were retired many years ago:

It's purpose was to put weight on fast for baby cows.
It can do that for humans too. Unless one is too skinny, I don't recommend it as the source of calcium. A one a day vitamin pill should cover that.
Sorry. I didn't intend to..... milk it.
Since farming has changed for the worst, in particular dairy farming Milk is not as healthy as it used to be now has to be fortified and cattle are dosed with antibiotics and other growth promoters regardless of whether grass fed or not.
I love whipped cream on fruit and Kefir yoghurt but I can't tolerate Milk of any type.
If you enjoy Milk go ahead but watch the high fat. Do you have skimmed milk there ? it is just as nutritious and practically no fat.
Yoghurts to me are delicious and I often put them on blueberries or raspberries in season.
I feel hungry now.
Non-dairy milks tend to be fortified with calcium and B vitamins and they're one of the few processed foods I consume.
I'd like to try making my own nut milks, especially almond, macadamia, or tiger nut milk, but it's an expensive business.
I must. I really do hate the Dairy industry and feel a hypocrite for eating yoghurts but money is tight.
