after a day of mowing, trimming, sweeping, scrubbing and mopping, my fridge didn't make it on the truck.
it's sunday so i can't call Lowes customer service until tomorrow. i wonder what day it's coming?

-well the folks I pure-chased it from were a Balkan couple. Nice folks per zee BUT
she was the interiour boss of that relationship and she offered to leave for me their used double door fridge with ice dispenser and all. Brushed steel doors and the whole 9yeard.
I said, sure, it's used so I'll take it at half price. She : "nonono.... 80% please, its just two years old
I said, take it away! It weight 200pounds and it was three floors up :) lol
They needed 4 guys to carry it down.
Then it was the curtains. See through special made custom.. I said the same, I give you half... she just took them down
Sometimes when I get a take-it-or-leave-it offer, I will say 'leave it' just on principle alone.

It would be rare if that happened as one party might just "squat" .You usually have to wait for the bank transfer to go through before you can move in to any property you are buying. There is no-one in ours as they have already moved out, but I can't move until all legal documents have been sorted and contracts exchanged and a removal date given.
The last search is in so just a matter of time now.
P.S Keep off the smokes and well done so far . Gave it up 21 years ago now and hate the smell of them.
