wow!

i'm needing a swag lamp to light my stair landing. i've been leaving the kitchen light on so i can see the steps. i thought, since i have a fondness for retro, i would check out ebay. holy smokes! there are some pretty ugly swags going for a premium. we're talking north of $150.00 with $25.00 shipping. no dice.

i'm going to keep a $20.00 in the glove box in case i see a garage sale or thrift store. there's money to be made!

It has 15ft of cord If I needed a light and had a outlet within 8ft I would by it from lowes

Its your twenty but you can make lamp oil or convert to kero for out side use. propane is ok but oil is works and so dose Kerosene

Got all that covered but the land is the sweet spot. I want out of Pa. period.. Just found 18 acres for 22 thous and 67 miles away. All timber that's a plus and been tempted but walked away... the first few weekends will be tenting and then drop a concert pad and unload this for another 25 grand and it stays for a play house for my grand kids..
