Essence of Whole Spirituality

There are two main things in spirituality. one for inside deep unconscious mind. and another for the outer conscious mind.

For inner deep unconscious mind:
Stop reacting to your feelings, sorrows, pleasures. Start observing.

For outer conscious mind:
Give to others what you expect from others for yourself. And don't give to others what you don't expect from others for yourself.

Spiritual logic is very short and simple.

In spirituality, the method by which we are able to interact with ourselves is called meditation. In other words, meditation means interacting with ourself, knowing ourself, understanding ourself. In this the importance of only those things which we can experience practically. In this there is no importance of imaginary things.
There are many types of meditation through which we can interact with ourselves. It depends on our capability that which method will be suitable for us.
There is only one reason for all the miseries in your life, that is the reactive nature of your unconscious mind. (attraction for joy and repulsion for sorrow)
The only purpose of the whole meditation is that how we interact with ourselves by being introverts and change the reactive nature. When we are able to do this, then happiness and sadness becomes equal for us.

Meditation is as simple as breathing. In everyday work, we feel something, sometimes joy, sometimes sorrow, sometimes anger, sometimes love, sometimes irritation, sometimes ease. Instead of reacting to them, just observe. for example: Suppose we got angry on something, then instead of reacting to it, observe our anger inside us, observe what is happening in our body during anger, observe our breath, observe the heart beat, at that time Whatever you feel on the body just observe it.
This is just meditation. The meditation we do in the morning and evening is just a practice of observing, otherwise the mind will react at the time of anger and will not be able to observe.

Meditation is not a supernatural thing. it is just an ordinary thing.
