Fast day 3

So, I'm surprised that I wasn't hungry today. Instead my stomach felt sour, as if I ate something that didn't agree with me. Which, I drank some Turmeric Ginger tea, and it nixed that straight away.

I don't get it. confused I was expecting this to be much more difficult than it is. I can't tell you how many water fast/liquid fast video's I've seen on YouTube, and people are saying day three is the hardest. It's said that, if you can get past day 3, you're on easy street.

Oh well, shit. Saving money on food will be a cake-walk then. Hell!

Way to go, girl!... applause applause applause
After your fast one of the best things you can put in your body first is bone broth which is chuck full of nutrients and easy on the system before solid food. I make my own broth but now at least it is sold in the stores.

Good luck - I believe in fasting but I'm only good at it for about 12 hours. I fasted when I was younger for 5 days - on the third day I got extremely nauseous with dry heaves. Will never fast that long ever again.
doh I personally think fasting one day is enough to give body and rest and maybe shock it needs. Take exercise every day as part of diet controll but three day fasting sounds so extreme. Take care teddybear

@UnFayzed - Ya, the Scriptures references a 40 day fast that I dream of doing some day. Dr. Sebi had his patients do it. Left Eye Lopes, is one who did.

A few years ago , lets say 7-8 years ago
