It has nothing to do with starting a divided Population, it has to do with making sure our Hospitals can cope with patients, may it be covid related or not.
And the only solution to do just that is, to stop the people who are more in danger of clogging the Beds and the ICU's, roaming the streets freely.
As for China they just want to display the apparent advantages of living in a fascist state.

Well no, actually; this depends on the strain, AND the viral load from the initial infection...
When they say a (covid vaccine) offers 70% protection, after 2 doses (say)...this means that there is a 70% chance of not contracting the thing, in the first place.
Also, symptoms in vaxxed people are MUCH less severe IF the virus is contracted...
In addition, there is a much less chance of a properly vaxxed person suffering Long Covid...
You might notice that I'm speaking two languages, here, (that would be English and Common Sense)..........
