Omicron has arrived in the USA
A traveler from South Africa to California last week recently tested positive for the Omicron variant.He is self isolating and so far all contacts are testing negative. He was fully vaccinated.
His symptoms are mild. This is the first verified Omicron variant infection in the USA.
