Blocking a fire hydrant with your BMW...
Every driver knows that blocking a fire hydrant could get you a ticket. In some states the fine is more than $110.That doesn't appear to phase BMW drivers as they've become daringly notorious for parking near (and sometimes blocking) hydrants. The risk of a ticket would be nothing to someone who drives a vehicle valued at more than $100,000.
If you've seen a fire hose filled with water, it resists bending and at times unyielding. Therefore the connection to the hydrant is as direct as possible without curves or kinks. In an emergency, firefighters don't have time to play with BMW drivers blocking hydrants and they have been known to bust through side windows so they can get a 'straight shot' connection to the blocked hydrant.
Does this send out a message to a BMW driver (or any other driver) who blocks a fire hydrant? You betcha!
Okay, so it's a Series 5 at $50,000.
The BMW aHOLE mentality is still the same.

Must be something to do with the car interior smell unique to BMWs.
Riz, these BMW's you see jumping red lights don't have blue flashing lights on the roof by any change
It should be written into law that BMW drivers have priority when it comes to parking and road junctions imo
In fairness I should declare a slight bias......being a BMW driver
Rightly so.
What they write about BMW is mere jealousy
On a 4 lane divided road where they started construction this week...
Many warning signs posted about road construction and lane changes.
Dozens of orange cones directing traffic from 2 lanes to 1 with signage showing the right lane to merge into the left lane.
As the roadway narrows to where the merge lane begins to disappear, someone in a white BMW about 6 car lengths from behind 'jambs-it' missing my car by inches as he eclipses my car into the left lane.
Realizing his intention, I back shifted to slow my car, thus avoiding the collision.
Usually, when it's a merge situation and no room for 2 cars, I'll center my car to avoid drivers from passing me when it's no longer safe to do so. No plan is perfect as some have driven on the shoulder to get around me.
I'm not looking for $1,000 a month car payments, more insurance, 15 miles per gallon, $300 oil changes, people holding their hand out thinking I have money.
