GIVE PUTIN ULTIMATUM

It should have happened a while ago, but the time has come to stop the Russians bombing and shooting and threatening the people of Ukraine.
Putin must be given an ultimatum. That should be for him to withdraw troops now from Ukraine otherwise NATO and it's forces will join in the defence of that country. Putin should be given 24 hours to start the withdrawal and if not undertaken, the ultimatum will take effect.

If you observed a woman and child being attacked across a street, would you ignore the situation and think, well it's not my problem, leave it to her. If I get involved, I might get hurt. So she and child suffer. Or would you try to intervene and rescue them from the situation?

When President Kennedy gave Kruschev an ultimatum to remove missiles from Cuba, was he wrong? The threat if nuclear war existed for a time, but the demand was successful. If Putin is allowed to get his way he will continue to attempt to force his will on other countries. And if he is successful, China will realise that the world is weak and Taiwan will be on the agenda.

If there was a large number of people in the area & said attacker was brandishing an assault rifle which he'd just moved from "Safe" to "Full Auto" & he had his finger on the trigger ...
That'd make the Options a mite less Clear Cut ... No? ...

What's the West willing to.Offer?

Is Putin Bluffing when he rattles Russia's nuclear sword?
How much is the West willing to Gamble that it's a Bluff?

Would Ukraine be consulted regarding the options?

Happily, of course, this is merely a hypothetical discussion on a Singles Site Blog -

Give way to dictators then. Perhaps people who believe that should go and live under that type of government. Try Syria or Burma or Hong Kong or China or North Korea or Russia and try blogging there. I don't think you would survive long, or maybe you would with your anti freedom views and refusal to stand up to tyranny, or even a defenceless person in the street under attack.

Don't know if I heard correctly on RT but a already 16000 contractors are apparently in ukraine to help against the Russians. Hopefully their insurance is up to date. Of course this could be fake news spread by the Ukrainians, who knows.

I detected a bitterness maybe even hatred in his tone when he spoke about Ukrainians. He feels they took a lot of financial support from Russia since '95 and then switched allegiance to Europe. He used the same tone when speaking about the Bolshevics. I think he now wants to cause a lot of damage and will settle for a pre industrial Ukraine, as a sourse of mineral wealth and farming land, plus of course a buffer zone.
