Lighting up a joint...
It's not often I see a profile on CS with someone smoking/lighting up a joint. Today, there was an attractive woman with a clear shot of her lighting up!A few years ago on POF there was a high percentage of members exhibiting their drug addiction. Usually, it was young guys. My opinion was "It's an advertisement of their lifestyle to attract women who share the same lifestyle." kinda like trouble breeds trouble.
They had a section where the members could review photos of other members and help management (sorry for lack of a better term) 'weed out' photos that weren't proper... or those photos that didn't comply with their rules.
It was a huge site that had thousands of members online at any point in time. That presented a problem for management as they didn't didn't have the ability to go through every photo, so they asked members to volunteer and notify them of photos that needed to be adjusted or removed.
Some of the choices were blurred or faceless photos, single photos of kids, photos of violent activity, weapons, drugs or drug paraphernalia. Probably the biggest reason to get your profile closed was nudity. CS doesn't attract the masses and appears to have fewer problems with non-compliant photos.
I wouldn't mind seeing a 'hot or not' section where members can anonymously vote on photos they like or like to see removed.
