Sometimes perspective makes life go more smoothly.....
business, customer was in trouble, I gave my word we will deliver yesterday and people I work with confirmed to me that they will make it happen. Upset customer called me not so long ago, looking for the chemicals I promised yesterday, they didn't receive it so they had to shut down production.. I had to make calls and pushed the driver to deliver ASAP. I'm trying to impress this customer so we can sell more of our products to them but some people are just too slow and careless
I tried so hard to be calm, not long ago, something like this also happened, I had one customer screaming at me, all I can do was listen and promised to do everything I can to lessen the damages. I can't even blame those negligent team members, problem's already there, nothing I can do, just try to do my best to help and keep the business.

I called the one who processed the order, "frigging Oscar" he had an earful and I feel sad about it. I told him to call " f---ing Bob" and get me an ETA" cause I don't want to deal with f---ing Bob today. I called " f---ing Bob yesterday and asked him very nicely to ship it yesterday, customer badly needed it, he said yes so I was rested.
"Frigging Oscar received the order last week, for 4 drums, he told customer delivery on Friday last week. Yesterday he called customer, said we don't have stock, I checked and found 4 totes sitting in the stupid warehouse so I told them to deliver 1 tote yesterday, that should have made the customer happy but "F---ing Bob forgot to schedule the pick up yesterday
those chemicals are used for manufacturing of PCBs, this customer manufacture PCBs for military and we delayed it, I'm the one who usually get the bad calls like this

I'm trying to avoid the F word when there are minors around. Last time a little boy said " what the..." when I asked him where did he hear it, he pointed his finger at me
My son is not allowed to say any bad and unkind word at all, I'm the only one who's allowed, when he asked why, I said it makes me feel good and a better person but it doesn't work for everyone
