Nancy Pelosi's husband arrested

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul, was arrested Saturday night and charged with driving under the influence, according to media news outlet TMZ.

Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested just before midnight. His blood alcohol content was registered at 0.08 or higher. His bail was set for $5,000 for the two misdemeanors.

The pair have been married since 1963.

Here we have promille 1/1000, you guys operate with percent 1/100.

So here Mr.Pelosi would be considered 0.8 promille and that is clearly above.
He coudl then actually have been quite groggy for all know.
Straight up drunk maybe even. Best would have been if we had the exact number
but I suppose not even Wily has that.

It may have just been his meds. At 82 everything knocks you on your butt. Plus they don't realize it until a cop pulls them over or they fall down and break a hip. Body tolerance is very low at that age.
