No Mango Season...

I was in Miami yesterday and drove by my old house expecting to see dozens of mangoes growing on the huge 70+ year old tree in the back yard.
The tree was severely chopped back, no fruit. The neighbor has a smaller tree (from the same fruit of my old tree) and his tree was bare.
Driving around the neighborhood, I didn't see any mangoes to be in season.
That's too strange, but it appears to be the same for many of the places I normally see mangoes.

testing, testing...

we have too much
mangos here....

handshake dunno
Well.. Though with new experiments on hybrid fruits and crops and veges , almost all seasonal fruits are available almost all the time everywhere , still natural seasonal fruits have their own original and special charm among foodies ..

Personally I don't know much about horticulture though ..
But , as I've spoke to the people who are experienced in this field , told me that ,

It's very natural for Mango to not grow with the same capacity every year ..
If this year you have got plenty of Mangoes then chances are next year it's gonna be less .. conversing
