Me personally, the only way I can make women laugh is to tickle them.
I think it has to be a balance...if you date a guy who is just a joker it gets old real quick not being able to have a serious conversation about things that are important to you.
I would prefer to have a guy I can explore with, and learn with, and then the laughs would be a byproduct of those experiences. A quick wit is nice, but I think with intelligence comes humor.
I really did not come to this site looking to get dates, I just stumbled upon it by accident and have found myself enjoying the blogging on this site. There are some great people here to connect with and bounce ideas off of, and if something comes of it great, but I am not setting any expectations...considering most of the men here consider themselves "nice"
smitten oh yaaa....
It may seem difficult to measure the benefits of laughter in medicine but a number of clinical studies have helped verify the adage that laughter is the best medicine. In general, laughter improves the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health of individuals. Laughter appears to release tension in the diaphragm and relieve pressure on the liver and other internal organs. It stimulates the immune system, reduces stress, and helps balance the body's natural energy fields, or auras. People who have developed a strong sense of humor generally have a better sense of well-being and control in their lives.

Of course, no one is one dimensional, except maybe TOL and Thad. We know that all people have many facets to their personality.
There is much research that clinical depression is on the rise and will continue to epidemic levels in the next 10 years. So Lighten Up! Laughter is the best medicine.
Well, be proud, you gave me a good laugh with the TOL & Thad comment! So true. I wish sometimes that they could see that they will be single forever with such a negative attitude towards women.
One day.....
How did "dingle dangles" get into this conversation...
But yes it's very true that laughter should be part of the package (no pun intended) but not the main event
TOL, i think they are pretty clear. they are looking for the funny man!! so be ready with ur jokes.
