To my dear friends (enemies as well), specially Billy

I'm grateful. Thankful and feel blessed for every breath I take.

Being over the hill is only a state of mind. Our body might be beat, our minds tired, our strength diminish but the reality is, we are capable of steering our mind set against all these negativity and live our lives full of joy and happiness. You're with someone or alone, doesn't matter. Only you, (me) and no one else is in control.

At 71, I feel like I'm still in my 30s. Very strong and very healthy. This is not about bragging, just to share my experience and way of life with the hope that some people can say: "I can do that". That is, if we choose to live on the positive side of life.

Life is short. We have to make the best of whatever life throws at us. I have done this and that. I've been through every imaginable challenge there is. With vigor and hope, I've weathered it all. And here, I'm still breathing, free and healthy.

I can only thank God and all those people that have always been there for me.

Thanks all for your warm wishes and Bill, thank you again. teddybear bouquet heart wings lips

Remember, the key to a good life isn't ALL about money. This doesn't mean we limit our ethical and moral way of producing goods to afford us the comforts it offers because of money.

Remember, too, its ou content and happy disposition at what we have and be happy.

Simplicity is the key. God Bless all.::heartwings:

Love is all there is. Even our enemies deserve to be loved. Having said that, avoid those that want to harm you. Thank you all again.

Beautiful sentiments. You absolutely have the right approach smile hug
Thanks Chancer. I am a witness to so many who neglected their bodies and it's sad. The eating of corporate induced foods are our biggest problems. Convenience foods are bad.

I hope people realize we're what we eat. wave
You are quite welcome Phyllis. BTW, my Birth Mother's name was Phyllis.

wgat a connection Bill. That's why we're so close.
G'evening Ms Jones, nothing like expressing a little gratitude wine

But because of your view on money, I find it a little hypocritical though....

Hope that comment don't get me the remainder of your birthday cake in my face hole lol

Looking great lindsy! Sometimes I think our age makes CS blogs more of a medicare lounge than anything else. laugh
Hahaha my darling Ms. Witch. You can say anything you want and nothing will make my calm blood boil..Hahaha.

Anyways my point isn't what you're thinking I hope.
I love to have a lot of money, but I only have enough to make me comfortable. Money is a tool for an easy life and yes decisions are bound to be easy if money is in abundance. I have known people who are so strung up about money and do everything and anything to get it. Never concerned of the ethics and or moral of acquiring it. To make it worse, it's never enough. No not that. I was born poor and know very well the struggles of not having enough. Wirk and being productive is the key.

I'm so blessed and lucky because opportunities that I seeked served me well.

Yes, I have worked so hard to achieve what I've dreamed of. Not an easy path but combined determination and hard work, I've achieved my dreams. My children are all in good shape with their own efforts through the lessons that we helped them see. Thry are all a good assets to their community and this world. My exact hope to contribute to humanity. Not perfect nor ideal to most but they, just like me work so hard to attain what their goals are.

Yes money is important but just like Ayn Rand said: work and not expecting to be doled out and life is good.

Thanks for your great comment Ms. Witch. Hypocrisy is one of my pet peeves.

It's one of my pet peeves also, I don't like hypocrites either infact the only one I can tolerate is myself

I'm glad you didn't find my comment offensive, which was not my intention hug
I'm sorry too if I made you feel you had to explain yourself ... knowing your own worth needs no explanation to me or others like I, to anyone.

There is a saying that really gets my back up...
" freckles is a sign of beauty"
that coming from someone with a complexion like a babies bottom ..Grrrrr very mad

Me thinks someone with money telling someone without " money is not everything"...
could very well have the same effect on them.

Not preaching, just saying wine

Timotie, this world is rosy with people like you.

I'm blessed to be your friend. teddybear
Ms. Witch. I know some who can't smile or feel happy without the abundance of money. Moderation I think is the key or if it makes people happy, truly there's nothing wrong with that. I know for a fact that hard work is the journey that makes us have what we want. I can't complain. And that's why, I feel so grateful and blessed. teddybear

ok here's the secret Ms. Witch: and rabbit food is the result

All Costco bought as it's now the biggest source of Certified Organic Food. Half mango, half banana, half avocado, one dried apricot, one dried plum, two strawberries, three blackberries, four raspberries, five blueberries. Half sourdough bread top with thinly cut Dubliner cheese, one table spoon organic strawberry jam, one tea spoon honey. One fourth cup slivered almonds. Served with black coffee.

For real Ms. Witch.

My dear lovely Rosie, I feel blessed because of people like you. sad flower thanks again for your warm wishes. bouquet
the problem is miss jones...is the governments of the world...who want the majority to be unhappy...to own mothing and apparently be happy...while the rich are fine dining...without a care in the world for the starving....the oppressed...the down beaten...cause all they care about is having the worlds wealth all for themselves...while the majority have nothing at all.

Should people be happy with the situation most of us are in and an agenda t make things much much worse is being pushed as hard as the cult can push it.

Things i enjoy yes....but i have had to go with foods...that were affordable...before they targeted farmers and attacked the supply chain...putting costs up so high...that only the very rich can feast on.

I'm not happy with corrupt politicians around the world and the number of sheeple...who mindlessly do what they are told...without question...cause those sheeple end up making us free thinkers suffer also and i don't want anything the lying governments are selling.
I agree Lee. It's a very sad situation. sad flower

Enjoy it I do

Thanks S
Thank you all again for a very wonderful day of my life. teddybear
Well thank you kindly for that Ms Jones ...
If I come back in my next life as a rabbit I'll be sure to try it out bunny

Might I also add a thank you for supporting our Irish products bouquet

Like you I also try to go organic but until you mentioned it, never thought of looking for organic fruit ...meat/dairy and etc but fruit, never crossed my mind.

I'll have to keep that one in mind thumbs up
that is when I can come off the dreaded diet I'm on.
Oops I meant to ask... do you know what organic grass "finished" means?
banana rolling on the floor laughing No Ms. Witch. Enlighten me please?teddybear
and yes, I cut all the cheese that are from France and Wisconsin and California as well. I only consume that famous Dubliner now imported from your place, thanks to Costco. My jAm is from France called Bonne Maanteddybear
Eh hello Ms jones I was only asking you because heck" I don't know either laugh

But grass fed is only half the job until grass finished also ....
there is a big difference or so I'm told.

Went to two butchers which neither knew either what grass finished means, each wanted to know so I told them to leave it with me and I'll ask Ms Jones laugh

But no matter, I'll go in search of Ms Fay, she might know conversing lol
Sorry for taking this long to respond. I was in the lake fishing today and there's no reception where I was.

I did tru that wagyu beef from Japan which is 200 dollars a cut. Ordered it in a restaurant in San Francisco and it's to die for. That's if you're a beef eater. I do have New York steak at least once a month. Grass fed is probably the best. teddybear
Swamie wave that's a very interesting video. Thanks. teddybear
