If I could have a ‘sit-down’ with our GOD/CREATOR….:hmmm:
If I was a famous and skilled interviewer (like Oprah perhaps), I’d really really want to interview…GOD. He’s all-wise and all-knowing , among all other things, so, He’d definitely have the answers to all that I could ask. And those answers would probably be verrry interesting! Could you imagine the frenzy?!I think that the first 3 of my 10 questions (Pt.1 of the series) would be:
1. Why did you agree to do this interview?
2. Is/Are there any topic(s), that you will not discuss?
3. Can the interview be broadcast to the world in real time, uncensored and unedited?
If those went well, then the rest of them would be:
4. What inspired you to create the Universe?
5. Why are babies born without the ability to talk?
6. Why can’t we talk to or understand all the animals you’ve created, so that we could have a better relationship with them, and they with us?
7. What is the use of pests like mosquitoes, houseflies and roaches?
8. Since you know everything, and you knew that Mankind’s effect upon each other and upon the Earth would be catastrophic, what made you still decide to create it?
9. Is it true that Satan and his followers are doomed to Hell for forever? Or will they be “deleted” after a thousand years?
10. When this old world ends, will you start Creation all over again?
Us humans already have many questions to ask God, so these 10 would merely be a ‘warm-up’. Pt. 2 of the series would be for listeners/viewers to call/text their questions into the ‘studio’.
Wouldn’t that be REALLY mind-blowing?

Only true and needful questions he can answer.
God is Holy, unneedful questions lead to sin and shame.
So honour God.
Press: "Hi God, Guy Smiley here for Earth News. I've got a few questions".
God: "Of course you do, my son. Doesn't everyone?"
If you were in a position to question an attentive god, what would you ask?

Sorry. I should have read your blog properly.
I thought God created us in his image. According to the scriptures.
But of course the appearance of a god or god's was really beings with superior intelligence who appeared in the sky to characters like Moses. They were considered to be god's because nothing else was known to the civilisation that could travel in the sky.
They appeared in order to present a set of rules to be followed in order to try to civilise the people, hence the 10 commandments.
....
To stand before G-d, one must have the pureness of body, mind, and soul, as Mosheh did. Even those that weren't allowed who touched any of the Holy items in the Temple, died.
Even the prophets had to be careful, even though they didn't really "touch" any of the Holy items, but even the Vision of G-d is Holy, and can be extremely dangerous.
These are the things I spoke of. One must be Holy to approach G-d. Those that aren't, die. And yes, a dishonourable thought in the presence of G-d, could be fatal. Nadav and Avihu died. They were consecrated by Mosheh, there were Kohanim, and had properly prepared themselves. But, they, unthinking, ran and offered incense that G-d did not command, and they immediately died.

Iyyov

After giving it some thought I can't think of anything to ask God other than, can I be HIM for a day.

I like your question to God, and if He was to say "yes", what would you do first ?
I talk to God every day in prayer, most days I just know that he heard my prayer, other days he gives me a touch, I get emotional because I'm an emotional person, but his touch is like electricity going through my body. Then I know everything is being taken care of.
I like this quote
Thanks Hpylady, I fully agree with you in this.
I like your question to God, and if He was to say "yes", what would you do first ?
And I like your 5th question
one could go quiet deep with his possible answer/ answers.
Now what would I do first
obviously, I'd ask no questions after all ... I'd know it all..lol
What I would do, if a soulmate could be found in 24hrs and me being God for a day...
I'd join CS in search of my Goddess and hope not to be taken in and fooled by a witch instead
What would you do Di?
back to your blog on a more serious a note.
If I could ask God one question I would ask him, why do man supply weapons to kill instead of food to others, to live.
For the life of me I cannot understand why the war is always the first thing on the news and the starving, always the last... if at all.
Only God knows, I suppose.
And, btw, I'm really glad that "She's doing just fine,..."
