I think Walker will win in Georgia. Oz will take Pa. Masers will win Arizona. Vance in Ohio will take it. Scott will win Florida.

What's the rule, can candidates not be substituted as in the case of John Fetterman. Doesn’t matter if he's D or R, surely he shouldn't be running.
