I wish I could tell mom and dad regrets I have about things I said. But, unless there is an after life, guess I can't.
The teaching we should do is to not say things before thinking it over. I learned long ago to say no. I may change it after I think about it. But, people love a no changed to a yes. And never forgive a yes changed to a no.

Why don't you practise some Ho'oponopono?
It's a three-way forgiveness and very effective.
