Patriot...
Some of you may remember the guy who propped his feet up on Nancy Pelosi's desk on the January 6th insurrection. He had his day in court yesterday and was found guilty on all eight counts in his indictment, including felony charges of civil disorder and obstruction of an official proceeding. The jury deliberated for approximately two hours before unanimously convicting Richard “Bigo” Barnett of the charges.
Sentencing for Barnett is scheduled on May 3rd.
Outside the courthouse after the verdict, Barnett vowed to appeal his conviction, calling it an "injustice.” He noted that the judge had rejected his request to move his trial from Washington to Arkansas.
“This is not a jury of my peers,” he told reporters.
Yes Richard... it wasn't your peers because they were all arrested too!

.... Riiight???
It's the second amendment I think.
You recon he look pretty agressive in the chair, like finally got in and now will take over the country...
yea- I agree he looks a manice. 3 times life for him.
Wasn't there more imortant parts of the building that needed securing...
did he have a ciggie break perhaps
This a good example of a picture speak more than a thousand words.
Wood, I miss your photo what happened there?
It's sad everybody is going undercover these days...
So how long a sentence would you think is suitable?

He faces up to 20 years in prison for the top charge of obstructing an official proceeding.
What do I think?
5 to 7 in a mental facility.
I should write a whole blog about what really is
the seriousness of this whole situation:
the red flag operation it was-
in order to pretend there is a dangerous right wing movement
in America (there is none) but you see, I've done that before.
Chatillion: this was all staged by you're heroes in dnc.
And none of the protesters should be charged with nothing.
THAT..... is the truth.
I still see better than you can there in the midst of it.
Laters
It wasn't a false flag operation. Why would the Democrats want to stop the certification of Biden? You speak of no logic.
Seriously... I'm going to round-up a few thousand troops and make believe they are Trump supporters so I can have them block the certification of Biden.
Get my point?
I'm sorry you have a different opinion.
I have til date never seen one of those punished, have you?
You recognise that large groups of boys can be dangerous and state that you find 14-15-16 year olds scary.
Why might a large group of adults engaged in physical fighting not be a threat to the out-numbered police in the video, and why might the police not find it scary, or dangerous to be in that situation?
Does that effect you at all?
not be a threat to the out-numbered police in the video.."
Well seems to me the mob was not after fighting them down,
but pass them and get further into the building.
They were not there for the fighting itself.
That is why you see there is mostly pushing going on.
You can also notice some protesters being able to sneak pass
and run.

If my memory serves me correctly, that scene escalated quite a bit as more people entered the area. The police were aware that was going to happen because of the mob outside and more and more people pouring in to the building.
I recall watching an interview with some of the police officers who quite frankly still seemed a bit twitchy. They were scared for their lives as that scene escalated.
I really don't think it's fair, nor appropriate to minimise the trauma and compare it to a tram going past you in the street.

I'm sorry for those undermanned guys that day and what they had to go through.
I'm sorry for those undermanned guys that day and what they had to go through.
How 'undermanned' are you?
And if you're that 'undermanned', what right have you to minimise the experiences of those men and women who actually faced that danger?
How so?
That was an uncalled for swipe.
I suggest you GO BACK AND READ WHAT I SAID.
The law states penalties and I told you what they recommend.
My caliber... How does that make me a vindictive American?
You asked what I think/thought was suitable and I replied "5 to 7 in a mental facility."
Was the purpose all along to make the gen.pop think "they are bad" cos of the visuals.
And, ofcourse take the focus once and for all away from the fraudulent election a few months earler.
A 40min 'documentary' followed too lol, aired here by Chat previously.
Richard Barnett was found guilty of his charges.
Pauline Bauer was found guilty of her charges.

Even the most crazy anti-Trump hater knows deep down that the treatment of J6 defendants has been anything but fair. But what they fail to want to realise is that whatever standard of treatment is afforded to these individuals can be justified for other purposes going forward... and against other people... It's the nature of what happens when precedents are set. And the precedents being set against J6 defendants are NOT good.
Richard Barnett was found guilty of his charges.
Pauline Bauer was found guilty of her charges.
I hope it will not be too strick or else it might backfire one day.
I still remember how the pro Kurdish (political party) members in Turkey was taked down in a sham court similar to this. It's a disgrace the whole thing. Many of those went to jail for god knows how long and many including Abdullah Öcalan is still jailed in Nato country Turkey. This reminds me of that.
It's about as worthy.
Khater will get credit for the year and 10-plus months he has spent incarcerated so far...
Although the medical examiner found that Sicknick died the next day of natural causes, the events of the day may have contributed to his condition. As a result, Judge Thomas Hogan noted he could not sentence Khater for causing Sicknick's death.
Link:
He has shown no remorse or taken accountability for what unfolded that day.
It is very apparent...he could have called it off...but he chose to feed his own ego....
What has he done to help those that are jailed for their actions?
All I have seen him do..is raise money for himself.
Once again, he is attacking anyone who stands in his way...of winning the parties’ support for running for president again....Calling them disloyal, if they run against him.
I liked many of his ideas...but, once again..the writing is on the wall...He is a textbook malignant narcissist.
