the sound of rain

I am hear listening to a beautiful Ecard someone sent me while listening to the rain outside my window
I love the sound of rain
I want to turn the TV off and just reminiscent of all the rainy days gone by
I think
I will go on my back porch and watch the rain for a minute
What makes me love it so kiss kiss kiss

I love the rain too... not much of it here lately though... For me it is the smell and the sound and the way that everything seems so fresh and new after a good rain.. I think it washes away all of the ugliness of the world and for a moment everything feels perfect. JMOwine

I was going threw so much one day and just frustrated and disappointed with the out come of my day and when leaving yet another apt that I knew I was not going to get it was so beautiful but small but I did not care

I needed a place for me and my 2 girls and granddaughter and it must have been the 8TH apt we had looked at in that week we walked out and the tears just started falling
and you know what it started raining

I look up and said a soft thank you
I did not want the person I was with to see my tears and I just smile and kept on looking and you guess it

I landed a apartment better than the one I did not get with so much room we did not know what to do with it and it had a artificial fireplace in the living room something I always wanted it was perfect have been living in it for over 13 years yay yay
