STORY: These murals aim to bring messages of hope and freedom to Ukraine

Italian artist Tvboy painted them as part of the 'Ukraine Street Art project during a week-long visit organized by a humanitarian organization.

(Vadym and Maria Moskalenko, Local residents) I believe we need such art while the war is ongoing. People should see what we've been through and remember that the war is not over. People should keep in mind what price we've paid so far."
"These murals depict patriotism and the invincibility of our spirit. We are patriots and this is what we need right now."

"These artworks help us and even raise our mood a bit. We can see a balloon with 'freedom' written on it, which is something Ukraine will definitely get. Over there is a woman (depicted) sewing a Ukrainian flag, a symbol for all the volunteers and other people that support our troops, all believing in victory."(Natalia Vyshnivska, Blogger)

Keeping hope alive...thumbs up

Uuhhhfff yohoo news...not goanna say "I do" to them.
I feel sorry for them as they're just pawns in a larger game,
if only they would ba allowed by Kiev to wave the white flags instead,
it would be over tomorrow.
On top of it minimum land would be lost. Win Win.

You feel morally that this resistance makes sense Didi?

Here's the thing: Russia will most likely win by conventional warfare.
If on the other hand USA / Britain launches their mighty airforce Russia will be pushed back and out of the land. If that happens you and me will be turned to ashes by nukes. Atleast me, perhaps your islands will be less harmed. This is how I assess it, and most folk in our hemosphere answer to that this:
"you loonie Putin lovva!! grr..."

Enough politics.
Any way I can see the art piece without yahoo news?
G, I don't think that the WAR makes sense, but I do know that the people and nearby supporters feel the need to fight for their rights and freedoms, regardless of who may be "morally right". And when you're fighting, you need hope, motivation and support.professor
Here are some of them, G...

It reminds me of the Palistinian situation. They are also 'fighting for freedom',
when all they had to do was send a 4 men delegation to Tel Aviv
and the next day the whole Palistinian region would be self goverened and bloom!
With the help of Israel. But do you think Iran wants that? Nope.

Any other link to the art piece?
Ok, thank you.
No, sure they need hope...
Just google "Italian artist murals in Ukraine" or something along that line, and you should get more.
