Groundhog Day...

On Thursday morning, the 2nd of February, Punxsutawney Phil will declare an early spring or six more weeks of winter depending on the visibility of his shadow.
I don't know about the rest of the country, but the weather in South Florida was in the 80's with lots of sunshine and warm winds.

Groundhog Day is an American tradition. Probably a few TV stations will run Bill's movie.

Your winter is in July. Do they have a similar event then?

On the other hand, Andie MacDowell face, chin, cheekbones - quite something! But certainly not enough for another viewing! No nothing like that here, and winter is nothing much at all here either. Late summer early autumn brings the wattle hayfever however.
