Adidas: Lose, lose, lose...
Late last year, Adidas had a falling out with Ye aka Kanye West and now they have warehouses stocked/stacked with his Yeezy shoes. Talk of donating the shoes or offloading them to some factory outlets has complications. I read that even after their 'breakup' they would have to pay Ye royalties for the sale of the shoes.Destroying them causes problems environmentally, rebranding them probably poses some ethical problems. Whatever the solution, it's a case of lose, lose, lose for Adidas.

I suppose a new concept would be NEGATIVE-ROYALTIES and back change Ye for every pair they were forced to give away!
At some point, both parties may consider some negotiations to amend their contract together.
