You need a UK visa which costs about a hundred quid.
with it you can stay over there for six months but you must willing to support yourself, plus you cannot work.

You would need a work permit first.

All of which could take up to three months if not longer.

But if you can, you will need an employer to sponsor you first before applying for a work visa.
that application could also take months.

The only other way to get to live in England, is marry an English woman, and need I say it... that too will take time with paper work and etc.
