Now the onus lays on SA to prove that they are innocent or not. This is the manner in which the West (USA) operates.
These allegations have cased our currency to drop and that influences imports etc and filters right down to the man in the street having to dish out more for basic necessities.
This is how the USA punishes nations that dare to cross them. (SA has taken no sides in the Ukraine war)
Afghanistan, Iraq, and all the rest of the countries they so readily invaded know their MO.
How is this justified?

I would have thought by now countries and leaders should not be intimidated by others.
We all think different about worldly things and should be left to leaders of their own country to decide what to do.

Sitting on the fence doesn't mean that I am disinterested ,just sometimes find it hard to sort the wheat from the chaff when some posters are adamant that they have all the answers.
Though we can say resources are always highly sort after, used in many negotiations, plus throwing money into the equation makes for very lucrative bargaining chips.

We continuously bang on about this war in Ukraine with Russia, but there is so much more that does not get the headlines apart from atrocities committed, how many have died so far.
But what about the little beings in the institutions with disabilities, like they are hidden away and don’t matter in all of this. Being cared for in awful conditions. War is cruel beyond imagination, you just can’t protect everyone.
Some on our side in (political) position is making the war not go away,
they fuel it. There is another way called the negotiating table
and I'd love your view on such an idea (talks now).

But he has a different apprach than me, he is much more "Ukr friendly" so to speak,
and here are two examples:

" -the author say and by that indicating that Putin wants Kiev under Russian rule. I see no evidence of that. Second example: he say that the confluct excaleted when Putin annexed crimea in 2014, without mentioning why he did (as a result fo the Maidan 'revolution').
So he is basically defending the pro Nato-umbrella argument.
