The Russian and Ukrainian presidents have both agreed to hold separate meetings with a delegation of African heads of state to discuss a possible plan to end the war in Ukraine, according to South Africa's president. Mr Ramaphosa said to have spoken separately over the phone with both Putin and Mr Zelensky at the weekend.

A Chinese delegation is due to visit Zelensky again to discuss possibilities.
Russia’s requirements are thought to be to keep Crimea and the Eastern part of Ukraine.
But if Ukraine joins the west then there are still problems for Russia and the EU will impose very onerous and restrictive conditions on Ukraine so that won't be in the near future.
So I think that if Ukraine were to join Bricks instead of the EU that would solve Russia’s problem of NATO and Ukraine's borders can be restored.
China would help rebuild Ukraine as it is doing in a dozen African countries.
Haven't Iran and Saudi Arabia made peace and isn't Iran going to supply China with oil, and use the yuan as the new oil currency. (I don't know much about this)
Maybe more countries will join Bricks too, the Stans for example, who knows, it could be a force to be rekoned with.
just give up time and effort invested in Ukraine. China do not have that much
influence over the Kiev chiefs who been working closely
with Biden and his crew for quite some time now.
What I expact will happen eventually is that
sout-eastern Ukraine will become a sovereign nation,
and the new west Ukraine will become a Nato + Eu member faster than fast.
Alternativelly Donbas will become a new part of Russia as Crimea before it, however
where the border will go is unclear.
The only reason this is not completely horrendous is that
those areas are dominated by Russians and has been for such a long time now.
So it's cool, in my humble opinion.
Good thing is though: West Ukraine will never again be thretened by Moscow.

My own take and free speculation only.
The only way to end the madness of Ukraine war is for Russia and the BRICS nations to starve the western economic system, and sanction the EU, UK and US economies..
The BRICS countries are building and helping build other countries economies, while the western countries are destroying countries and their economies..
Perhaps it's free society itself which resolves the issues of underconsumption because what a customer is is their own boss really. They need a will of their own, can you be ordered to go shopping in the same way you can be ordered down a mine or even ordered into studying the hard sciences? Chinese productivity serves the free time of foreigners not at all themselves, perhaps your own free will and your own free time is what makes a people able to enjoy the fruits of their labour.

Whilst the west's problems are the opposite. Our shopping is debt and our creativity a pretense. We need to become less liberal and more resourceful. Less of what we fancy, more of what needs to be done.
