Thanks for comment :
Can you load the picture of your grandma gramophone.
I will be Thankful. :
Mine is a record player on left side. Radio on right. Big console cabinet. Has Bakelite records, not vinyl. And a microphone on stand that one spoke into to record. Not sure of speeds. Probably 78 only.
For power, they had a hand crank on the side.
After, the design was changed to a flat circular record, the one most people recognize.
Any working Gramophones are extremely rare and most valuable to collectors.
It's doubtful someone would actually want to play one.
Mine gramophone is 70 years old and in working condition.
His master Voice.
Lucky you!!
Thanks yes I am lucky having many antiques.
You can see others antiques in other pictures.
Please tell me. :
I had a good buddy that was always complaining that his gramophone would never shut up. In the end he divorced her.
And a gramophone...
Unfortunately I don't have much time to enjoy it.
I am to marry her.
I appreciate.
I am to marry her.
I saw one of these with the trumpet standig up like in Chatillions second picture
in a house my father bought in 1977. Were some stoneplates alongside... yea it worked:)
Lp player is best sound but if you have a party and lots of people bouncing up and down best place that record player on a stabile structure, on some rocky mountains.
I am to marry her.
Thanks for your comment.

Thanks that I also had.
But I broke it trying to get another one.
I still prefer to listen to Caruso on dad's old Bakelite record to modern renditions.
