When rating photos, do you rate the person or the

Hi, I am wondering how others rate photos? Do you rate the quality of the picture or the person in it, or maybe both? For example, I just rated one, that was so dark you could only tell someone was in it, I rated that as a one, but the cumulative rating was an 8. Yeah, I do rate both ways.
How do you rate the pictures, and why?

if there to far away to see they get a 1 , if to blurry a 5 , the really small photo a 1 , if there clear and can see them well a 10.if not smiling 7 that roughly how I do it hope it helps hugteddybear

I rate it on both the picture and the person. I have to be able to see them properly and if there are a few in it, I usually rate it quite low.

I don't, I think it's a way of judging peoples appearances and saying I'm giving you more attention because your better looking than someone else.
