postive affirmations impress the subconscious mind and triggers positive reactions in changing thought processing to become more positive rather than negative....I often repeat affirmations, without even being aware of the process. All of us use them when we tell ourserlves that we can't do something, that i'm to lazy, i'm ugly, , i'm not good enough, no one will love me, or think we will fail. I studied this, and been educated to learn that the subconscious mind always and accepts wat we tell it. It is the same principal for at work, in a relationship, with family interactions etcc.... when we say 2 ourselves we can do it or we cannot, when we say we are going to succeed or we keep saying we are gonna fail. It is the the same power working both ways. We have control..Why not chose the better way, positive affirmations daily...believe in urself and love urself.....For Today..."I LOVE MYSELF AND I AM BEAUTIFUL "

If all we had to do was just say the words, we would all be enlightened by now. Must say the words until you feel the words, until you know the feeling to be the Truth, then it manifests in the physical. It's called vibrational alignment.

Sincerely, if we really look at ourselves, we are Divine and amazing Beings playing in this realm of illusion. It's like playing house when we were kids. We could have all sorts of dramas going on. The only difference was we knew that when Mom called us in for dinner, all the drama would disappear back into the land of make believe. This Life experience is the same, we just forgot that there is a Mom and a Real home that we are going back to. We are here for a short time and then we return to The All That Is. So why do we take it all so seriously? We are all goofy. No one has it more together than anyone else...it's just illusion. So let's Play!!!!
