If I may be so bold please, and I mean no disrespect, would it be possible for you to describe God without personification? Many people here do not believe in a person sitting on the clouds..... They believe in more abstact thoughts that stem from more realistic idealisms of thought and consciousness...but they amount pretty much to the same thing.....

Who's idea was it to make God a He instead of a She? I am not trying to be disrespectful of your beliefs, just trying to expand the realm of higher thinking, and its origins within you....

I wholly accept your point, and it is well-made. I may choose to describe God as a HE, but it in no way infers I buy into patriarchy, just that I visualize him as my Heavenly Father. Also, I view God as a person, not just a force. I do not believe God is limited by gender.

This blog gives everyone freedom to connect with their higher power - that is what I am encouraging. I am exercising that very freedom by describing "him" as I do.

There is not one single shred of evidence of any "gods", including in past history. And if you look at history, you will see the "gods" of old civilizations past, are now considered to be "mythical" characters.

Mike, though I encourage comments, I would ask you stick to the nature of this post. I am not here attacking those who believe in no God, you might want to go to such forums/blogs to discuss that.

I am exercising my right to express myself, and as I stated in my initial entry "I have not written this blog to invite argument. I have written it as a positive expression of my spirituality". I ask that you respect that, and if you can relate, comment.

If you like, you can start a forum with the ideas expressed in your comment, and I would be happy to give you feedback.

It's just a fair tale story that so many people believe in, it drives me crazy when I read a post like yours. I've seen 6 year olds write papers that make more sense. You sure seem awfully knowledgeable about what this God of yours thinks....but ok, I'm out of here.

How you explain the injustice taking place all over you.. does God allow it to happen.. ok lets consider even the disasters how you explain the act of God in this regard.

God makes no disasters and injustice. The people who do not know God or refuse "HIM", they do. Thank you Murny for the spiritual truth. I think the purity of your spirituality is mostly the honesty within you; that is your feelings in regards to your love for others and yourself. I can agree on that. I'm just more of a "want answers guy". I only believe in MY reality. Beyond that, I surrender to not knowing and accepting somethings. But I can't draw concrete conclusions on things I can't prove.

What history books do you read Mike? They're certainly misleading you big time!!!!! As you say though... ignorance is bliss!!! well,if i do mistakes or any bad,i am the same who judge it in order to be improved.and the truth that i speak:no one is able to correct,but me and those like me,if in it is any mistake!
But i have power to judge the wrong in others in order to make them improve,if they not willing, they remain in the wrong and sin,till they learn the way out of it !

So evil men/women and good men/women are known by their fruits,
evil branches can,t know good branches,but good branches know their own and also know evil branches where they are !!!

1.answer:Religion:mean to believe something,or to have faith in something!Therefore the word:Religion is nothing wrong!

Answer:God loves all creation,but is not on our side:if we do evil or sinful deed or wrong thing!For if is in our side so when we do evil or wrong:then He can,t be a righteous God!
For God is perfect and good and he judge the evil and the wrong !
therefore we are not his children till we have accept God and obey.therefore He have power to judge and punish us for our sin or wrong !And He don,t bless us:till we are knowing to obey God!

God is Love. He does no harm. Even when we make mistakes, believe the wrong thing, do wrong, are selfish, fail, or whatever, His desire is to restore us to balance, and reconnect with us in love. He does not hold our "sins" against us, as He is merciful. He has promised to lead us into all Truth.

Answer:God is love,but he judge our wrong and sin,for if he do not so,we make God a lier and denie-ing his power to rule like accepting Him as the rain without lightning and thunder!
So these kind of christians who believe in God,they love God to believe in him, but hate and accept not Him to rule with his power:like lightning and thunder !
therefore they love to believe in him, but never willing to obey him or his law !!!Therefore they hope in grace to be saved,by believing in him,but willing not to obey him or his law !
God,s desire is to make us sinless,in order we be able to know him and love him in true, for as long as we have sin, we are not worthy and able to love God as it need !
He is mercifull,but not loving our sins,He love us,and therefore he want us to be pure without sin and so those christians who have all their life sin in them and doing so every day sining:
they are unworthy to be saved in this life,therefore they die in sin and sicknesses!
and so they made God a lier and themselves,when they think that they are saved by having every day sin and sining;and so EVEN THEY THINK GOD HAS PROMISED THEM TO LEAD INTO ALL TRUTH!
DID GOD LEADED THEM TO ALL TRUTH??
NO! ALL THEIR LIFE ARE BOUND LIKE IN HELL,ONLY IN BIBLE,AND THINK THAT ONLY BIBLE IS ALL TRUTH!
SO THEY BLASPHEMY GOD AND MADE HIM TO BE SO LIMITED ONLY IN BIBLE!
BUT THE TRUTH IS :GOD NEVER IS LIMITED ONLY IN BIBLE,THEREFORE
ALL TRUTH IS NOT IN BIBLE,BUT IS UNLIMITED,IS IN MANY OTHER HOLY BOOKS MUCH MORE THAN IN BIBLE AND MORE HOLY AND WISE,THEN HIS TRUTH IS IN HEAVEN AND EARTH.
SO THESE CHRISTIANS NEVER WERE LEADED FROM GOD TO KNOW ALL TRUTH,
BUT ALL THEIR LIFE HAVE KNOWN ONLY THE BIBLE AND NOTHING MORE!!!
SO THEY LIE GREATLY WHEN THEY SAY:GOD HAS LEAD THEM TO KNOW ALL TRUTH!!!

Living in God's Kingdom means your heart is full of joy, peace, love, and righteousness.
God does not require us to follow a set of rules, he seeks to fill us with love, so that we do only good to our fellow man. This makes God very happy, as this is his whole goal.
This is who God truly is, regardless of what religion may tell you.
God is good, ALL THE TIME.

Answer:these christians never known God or his kingdom.
If they known his kingdom,they should know to be perfect as He is !
these christians talk about love,peace joy and righteousness:
but never they known it how it come and how it go,for they love
people to support them and praise them in public :as jesus said for pharisees,said this:you love people to talk well about you,but if somebody see your great sin and wrong and judges you:
you will hate him so terribly and do everything to judge him put him down even if he judged you righteously!
and so you will speak all evils against him!
And so those who know not truth will support you,but those who know truth and obey,will judge your sin!
God can,t fill you with love-as long as you disobey his law and his rules !And so you do not make God happy with your rrebelion and disobediance against truth and his law.and so this is not his goal that you say!and this is not who God truly is:that you say.
God is good,all time, but you never known his goodness as long as you are believing him in bible,and never obeyed him or his law !
