I personally believe from my own experience that out of body experiences can and do happen. With training it is possible for shall we say the conscious part of you to leave your body and move around at will. Thats where we come to the astral plane. mm, bit hard to describe. if you can imagine that existence has many levels- the one we are in now being visible, and the astral plane is not.
