Who Knows?

Who knows....
Does it matter?
Who cares....
Does it matter?

When did I stop living and start merely existing?
When did I stop caring and start merely pretending?

Who knows....
Who cares....
Does it matter?

EVERYTHING MATTERS ESPECIALLY YOU. LIFE GIVES US MANY CHALLENGES HOW WOULD WE BE WITHOUT CHALLENGES ITS UP TO US TO FIGHT FOR A BETTER LIFE. THERE ARE MANY WHO CARE I CARE.
if we dont care about ourselves, and love ourselves, its hard to expect others to feel positive about us, we can all feel down at times, but you pick yourself up, dust yourself down, and try again, it aint easy, but its living, the alternative is as you say just existing, and that zombie land, the land of the living dead, there has to be more to life than that surely. wish upon a star and dream. :('angel2');
Maybe existing and pretending is not so bad.dunno
Hi,

If that's how you're feeling then change your life around.
Change your habits.
Go to places you haven't been going, do the things you've always wanted to do but haven't.
Put your prejudice aside and dare.
You've got one life to live and you can make it very boring or very enjoyable.
so right sir cheers
I empathize with you because I know the exact feeling at times. It is sometimes very difficult to get motivated and then fall into a depressing rut. I'm very familiar with that. You are not alone as I'm sure many feel this way to varying degrees. Does it matter? yes indeed! as hard as it seems, we must do our best to overcome those things that bring us down. comfort
I wish I had some magic words to make you feel better. We all have these same questions and doubts. I think that existing and pretending are fine for a season, but you have to eventually pull yourself up and out of that rut. These negative emotions tend to feed on themselves, and things can spiral down from there. Maybe take the time to enjoy in the simple things in life - perhaps a hot bath, watching a thunderstorm roll in, or just your favorite beverage on the balcony. Any simple thing that you take pleasure in can help you decompress and gain perspective.

All the best,
