self-centred& selfish

HELLO , i AM very self-centred and selfish since my chilhood, now learning about my behviour, please guide me so , i can live good life, am not bad, not mad, but spiritually sick, smoking, masterbation , overeating, back biting , self willed, compulsive shopping are my shortcomings,

Once you have realized this you can begin by making amends to thos you have harmed with this behavior. Stay on your own side of the street and don't worry it took awhile for you to reconize this and it is a continues but gets better through your amends.
