Cinnamon is one of the oldest known special spices,people were using it probably since about 1000 BC as a remedy for health benefits.This is also known one of cocacola's top secret ingredients.
I always take a bite of cinnamoncake,applepie,whatever... If something frustrates me.
Makes me fell refreshing...vanish negative mind at once.

So the next time I'm about to knock down a plate of oysters, which just happens to be my aphrodisiac.....
