A number of them must be either quite dumb or quite weak to allow themselves to live by a set of outdated rules which were drawn up by men. Some examples? Sure, women not being allowed to drive in Saudi, general dress codes for women in Arab countries, the odd stoning, voting rights.......that kind of thing.

how1e , I must say .. I respect anyone's opinion cuz ..an opinion says alot about a person ..so ..lemme just inform you that not all of Arab girls are under those kinda rules you're talking about ..and even with these rules ..we live a happy life and we like it ..
Lotta of things are happening to a lotta of gurls A ROUND THE WORLD ..not only in Arab world ..and here they treat us really well and us girls are really really lucky ..
I gotta say ..Yes ..there are lotta of girls that lived thru hell cuz of the OLD Traditions and the Wars ..Extra !!
But normally ..it's nice and healthy beeing in here ..and we are proud of our rules

Cool. Im really glad to hear that people are happy living under such a regime, you know some people get so happy living in prison that they cannot manage life outside prison. Its called becoming institutionalised. As you said, everyone has their own opinion and personally I think its pretty sad that you cannot see the failings in your system. Sure we have plenty of problems and issues here too, Im not denying that, but freedom has a price and I think its a price that Arab women have not yet paid.
