Like every bulgarian family, we have our own fortress, built through years, sometimes fruit of common efforts of many and many generations.... Like all of them we go there almost every week-end.Our major task was to take all apples and save them from any aggressors as birds, squirrels, mice, rats, and other sympathic furry enemies. I had to take the leaves and wood from those that are pourries How can I take these disgusting things I mean, the old brown apples that are all dirty! I said I cannot because I will have my fingers dirty and brother said "Then better don't do anything" He also mocked me when I started get wall nuts with handkerchieves. It is obvious that if the juice come on my white fingers after they will be black No? Instead of praise me for my intelligent way to get them he said "Take them with mouth" Men never understand concerns like clean hands and nails.
Have you ever ate young wall nuts? This is probably the most delicious thing after strawberries. I don't like the old. New wall nuts/ orehi/, are croquants and sweet, and don't pick your tongue as old ones. And I love peeling them.
We found a scorpion under bed, but already dead. Before when children the scorpions were red, but after with years they changed in black... cannot say why? Anyway in our castle you can find many original specimen :heart wings: Lately rats-squirrels, very but very cute variety
The rest of the time was just like to live in paradise – sunny weather, sunny autumn leaves everywhere, singing birds and peaceful happiness. To go high in mountains always gives you energy and happiness.
