Do not let WORRIES overshadow you

Worry & Why? prob half-baked or idle-mind are you?; Get all the facts & causes to the problem that worries you; Weigh options available before you & take a decision; Once the decision is arrived at, act upon. Do not let worry take over you; instead ask yourself what is the worst that can possibly happen & prepare mentally to accept the worst; then try harder to improve on the worst; Decide how much anxiety a thing may be worth and refuse to give it more. Remind yourself of the heavy price you may have to pay for worry in terms of your health. Learn to co-operate with the inevitable; do not fuse over trifles & use the law of averages to outlaw your worries. Keep your mind occupied at all times to keep your worries at bay.
