Make the INTERESTS u have chosen, a HABIT

When something interests you, you may begin with trying out the same; but may soon lose interest when it does not go the way you wanted it to be. Be it a Gym workout or Diet workout, give some time frame, say 30/60/90 days & do not decide to end the same abruptly. Your decision to end abruptly may have been the cause for not achieving the desired result; instead be regular in what ever you have started and on any given opportunity do not discontinue, but try to make the same a habit to achieve your goal. This attitude helps you to stay on course for a longer period than giving in meekly when you confront difficult times in the course of your life.
