I Want to Move to Ireland

My 17 year old daughter and I are quite serious about moving to Ireland. I am in the allied health field working as a phlebotomist. I am out of the U.S. at present, and really would like to attend school to further my career in Europe. I do know that being an international student there are extra fees. I could continue my training back in the U.S., and then emigrate.

What I am asking....If there are any Irish citizens, or those who have emigrated from the U.S. to there...Helphelp? I am looking for sincere honest advice on this subject. So..please..I know blogs are open to all on CS. But, limit to serious responses only, ok?handshake Thank you all! God bless.

DON'T BOTHER !!
I'm not real sure, but here you have to know a personal US citizen, or family. Don't know about Europe. I would like to move to England, but that is mindblowing. How much would that cost and to bring your stuff there seems so impossible and expensive. I would start writing to all the departments of education there and ask questions. I can't see leaving everything behind. Then how expensive is it to live there? Try writing letters and a lot of them. Best wishes and Good Luck, Seems like a lot of research to be done. Thank you Holly. Well i don't have to worry about the expense of moving things..cos where i am located now..the govt will move them there if i do this prior to going back to U.S...But, I will take your advice on writing the letters.. Thank you for replying.grin
scold No not ever. It will be Irelands loss for sure. This country is at WAR. Its a warzone and must not be entered into, only exited from..to..anywhere else that has work and banks that dont bleed you dry, namely Anglo Irish. The whole country is sinking deeper than the Titanic. The only difference been that nobody will bother to explore to look for Ireland when she does sinkrolling on the floor laughing Take the money and run darling and dont look back.

Otherwise its not a bad little island!
