I guess it s a classical image of today's lifestyle.People are walking around staring at their mobile phones and making great efforts to ignore one another then they go home and realize how lonely they are.Would not have they been better off if they communicated along the way ?
The paradox then is to win this loneliness or to expand their circle of friends they start talking to complete strangers on social networks...absurd yet normal is not it ?
Don't listen people who blame you in confidence to strangers. That's alrigh, it's realy helpful.
At least you can get a chance to hear that others have worse problems, that sometime is encouraging :)
Set a pic at first, it will make you "visible"
Then make yourself smile, I think such face will bring you more satisfaction

it is down to you to change that, maybe change the circule of friends you have or the situations that cause you to be lonely
i agree with the net cos i think if i did not have this i would go out of my mind
I am most of the time alone, I live alone..but not always i feel lonely..Sometimes I am with somebody..but I feel lonely..just because..he is there just physically...but infact..in his mind...somewhere else..and maybe with an other person..and that it is painfull...

professionals in your industry (and in many others too) are notorious for being strongly self centered and big egos often give you the look of being kinda transparent..but it s good you still notice this stuff, many dont any longer ....
Listen, this is not a feeling alone thing.. it is being scared out of your witts.. I know.. Although I did not have thyroid cancer I did have to have my thyroids destroyed.. I know that feeling.. However I was one of the lucky ones to have my family there as support.. However during that time I had to leave them as to not expose them to any danger for about 10 days.. I was scared to death... I could not show them this either.. So I know what you are going through.. However.. You know what.. I did have God.. I know with what you have gone through.. it seems he is not there.. but sweetness.. maybe that is the other reason you feel so alone... email me ... if you want.. I will be here for you to talk to.. I've been there hon.
