Importance of Happiness in Life

Happiness resides not in possessions and not in gold, the feeling of happiness dwells in the soul.There is no cosmetic for beauty like happiness. A great obstacle to happiness is to expect too much happiness.Happiness is a by-product of an effort to make someone else happy.The foolish man seeks happiness in the distance; the wise grows it under his feet.People don't notice whether it's winter or summer when they're happy. Happiness always looks small while you hold it in your hands, but let it go, and you learn at once how big and precious it is. Happiness comes from spiritual wealth, not material wealth. Happiness comes from giving, not getting. If we try hard to bring happiness to others, we cannot stop it from coming to us also.For every minute you are angry, you lose sixty seconds of happiness. You cannot always have happiness, but you can always give happiness.
