Messy girlfriend

This woman had the dirtiest house I've ever seen!She said the place was too small to keep clean so we got a much bigger place,The bigger place turned out the same way..I tried to help clean it up but it was just a lost cause!..I finally had to just leave .What the hell can I do?

Doesn’t the conventional wisdom say exact opposite of it? Isn’t small easy to clean and manage?

Yes I know what you mean,these people need some sort of help.she is still the same all messy and very unorganized,but always has an excuse for everything!what good does it do to do the wash if it just ends up in a pile on the floor...LOLdoh

After checking your profile out and seeing that the age group your picking starts at 18 it doesnt suprise me that a man almost 60 years old who would date a girl young enough to be his grandaughter would believe the ladies story about why she didnt clean her house. lol.. sorry but you posted this blog asking us our opinions..heres mine.laugh

the only thing you can do is trying to get her to seek some help..I have seen houses of ppl like that on TV..where stuff and trash was piled celing high..in every room with just maybe a small path to get from one room into the next..

Years ago there was a book by the "Slob Sisters" that told the same story and how they got outof being slobs. They would like make the bed first and not allow themselves a cup of coffee until they did so...it was about rewarding temselves. But, of course, one haas to want to. I am a little messy...been a bachlorette for years and my ex was the opposite of your gal; everything had to be like a "hospital" till one day I woke up, and said," Bill, if you dont' like it, then clean it yourself!" One can go too far, sometimes some melatonin or the other is out of balance!!
