Airport at christmas time and how was your day?

An airport at anytime is a wonderful microcosm of life. Go there and see lovers kiss goodbye with passion that cannot be deterred by societal norms. Deep long kisses that have you pining for that same feeling again in your life. Children clinging to a mothers knee unable to understand why their mother or father is leaving...again. The chaste good bye of the ultra religious or conservative. And finally but by no means last the joyful reunion...the unbelievable happiness at seeing a loved one again.

I went to the airport to do good deeds today...give some active duty military free rides from airport to home. I only met one who needed a ride and it was worth the day. But, when you throw in the rest of the experience it was a great Christmas. I hope yours was as rewarding as mine...feel free to tell me
