Is it the "L" word or just a fun thing?

Is it serious or just a fling?

The butterflies a sweet surprise, what about the fear inside?

Could it be, I quess we'll see or maybe the feelings will subside.

Maybe it will last or maybe it will pass,

But I just can't help but wonder
