Sometimes it's extended of your dream..
Drink a lot of water and ask to God for making that feeling go away..
Or you can give yourself an affirmation that you are a happy person today for a whole day..

Kumusta, Are you there as OFW? I think you need some good ol Pinas cooking. Maybe some Pork, or Manok Adobo. How about some Pancit Molo? I take it they don't have a Max's chicken there, or even Red Ribbon :) Even a Jolibees would do the trick I suppose.

Just try and smile. Keep talking to people to help your times of sadness.

Well Venusandmars!:)been here in Doha 13 long years now, and if i did not like here I will never stay this long,for me life here is so easy coz i am very simple and has simple ways of life as well, if I want to enjoy I go to some nice places and countries in my vacation.sad flower teddybear
