it's not Valentines to blame..just pp...
From what i have read about you it is she that is the one losing out here-you are a great guy and have alot to offer, when you meet the one you are to be with-God will join you two together. I have been waiting nine years now and i still have faith that I will be blessed with just the right person(twin flame) and if I do not then that's ok also. Who I am and what I live for is not dependant on someone else to make me happy. I am at peace with who I am and that is enough.
She is most likely looking for a guy her age or possibly even younger and you fit in for a month inbetween them?
Ive met men who were 40 and crying about some 25 year old he married who he caught in "his" bed with another guy her own age.
Dont know what to tell ya here but it sounds like you want a girl much younger than yourself and are gonna have a hard time finding one who will be mature or like guys older?
I would suggest you date a girl at least 30 who has proven she knows what she wants, before you start getting your hopes up.
For me, I wont take any guy seriously online unless hes dated me for minimum 3 months and proves hes real and not a player..Good luck in your search..
All I can say is, her loss, and I know you may find this hard to believe but it's actually your gain. One day someone even better will come along. Now just think, if you were trapped in a relationship that was going nowhere you'd miss the opportunity, but now you won't.
I wish you all the best in finding her :). She is out there somewhere.
Picky ........
Don't go for perfection.
I wish you the best next time.
And I hate it when someone writes "There are more fish in the sea"! Really?!? What good is that, when there are maybe about two that interest you and they would rather swim someone else? You know, I was always thinking about joining a monastery... But who am I kidding; hanging around a bunch of guys, praying all day... Nope. Not for me.
Hope you don't mind me joining your pity party. Hey, and I'm not trying to be mean. A little self-pity never hurt. Take your time, bud. But don't party too long... Out.
